- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We discuss fees for add ons or extra labor needed for a special project. We understand that you are spending your hard earnedmoney to get a product and we want to ensure that we do our best to keep our prices low. Building material is through the roof so prices differ depending on material and what is available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an onsite consultation or if it’s a smaller project we can interact directly over the phone. I like to go over all details and answer anything questions a customer may have. Once we’ve given a quote and the customer has agreed, we ask for 50% deposit and get to work. We stay in communication with customer and ensure they are loving our work. Once project is completed and customer is 100% satisfied, we ask for remaining balance. Customers can contact us at any point if they have any questions or concerns regarding their fence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working with my dad mostly, but I’ve worked in several construction companies besides working on things around my house myself. Being a single mom makes you crafty.
