- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Attorneys bill by the hour on divorce work. The more experienced ones or ones with better reputations charge higher hourly rates. My hourly rate has been capped at $250 because of recent years recessionary times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
State Bar requires 15 hours of CLE per year for all attorneys.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I thought it would be intellectually stimulating. and satisfying. Most of the time it is.
