Latinobazaar Enterprise's wedding DeeJay / Emcee service looks at weddings as three events, thus planning carefully for each. The first event of the wedding is the wedding ceremony. For the ceremony, Latinobazaar Enterprises set up a sound system at the ceremony location. Also, microphones are available for the person conducting the ceremony as well as for the bride and groom/bride and bride/groom and groom. With the ability to "MIC" everyone it is possible to have background music during the ceremony. Speaking of music, the music starts 30 to 45 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the ceremony. The second wedding event is the wedding reception part one which starts immediately after everyone exits the ceremony area. At the wedding reception's meet and greet or "cocktail hour" there will be a sound system set up so guests may enjoy music while the bridal party members are taking photos. In many cases, the meet and greet or "cocktail hour" is not in the same room/area as the second part of the wedding reception. Once the photo session is complete the Emcee will have the guests enter the main reception room/area. This is where the second part of the wedding reception takes place. Once guests are seated I will start the grand entrance of the bridal party into the reception room/area by announcing each person of the bridal party. Throughout the second part of the wedding reception, I will maintain a high level of energy in the room by creating various activities (these activities are decided upon during the planning stages) to do. Once all of the activities of the wedding reception are completed we transition to the third part of the wedding, the wedding party. During the wedding party, the DeeJay converts the wedding reception room/area to a party location by using lighting and music. Party music is played to the very end of the wedding event or until the venue says "time to go." Additional Information and pointers: For your wedding event, you will receive an experienced, entertaining, appropriately dressed and personal DeeJay who will Emcee and control the flow of your wedding (as mentioned above) while, playing all of your favorite music from our limitless collection! Top Level DJ Services will work closely with you to develop a customized detailed music entertainment planner for the wedding that will contain everything that will take place at your wedding, meanwhile always offering free emcee duties, free face to face consultations, and free all access to a huge extensive category of music which includes all genres! At your wedding event (if you desire) I will take request from your guests. Requested songs are vetted to ensure they are wedding friendly and not on the no playlist (Mother of the bride may be excluded). This DJ was the best! I decided to get a DJ the last minute.... (My wedding was the 2/29. I reached out to him at about 8:30pm on 2/27) He reached back out about 10 minutes later. We talked on the phone the night of he figured everything out the very next morning. The day of the wedding he showed up early and made for the smoothest wedding.. You will not regret getting this DJ for any event. He seemed to genuinely like his job and made the wedding stress free.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My pricing system is a simple flat rate. The client and I decide on a fair price and that's it. A great performance on my part will yield additional clients later. For example, most wedding are $599 or $799.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Once hired (sometimes before hired) I setup an initial planning meeting somewhere near the new customer? At this planning meeting I will ask many questions about their event and complete my DJ/MC/Karaoke Requirements Checklist. I will explain all the components I can provide for their event. Next we will start on the music planner. Follow the start of the planner we will complete the DJ/MC/Karaoke service contract. After this meeting I will conduct a sight survey (if it is a new venue to me) in order to determine how much gear I will need to bring, make sure power is sufficient and learn a few other things about the venue. Two months before the new customer's event I will make a follow up call to see how the planning is going. One month before the new customer's event I will discover other vendors hired for the event. Two weeks prior to the event I will finalize the planner and make sure all the vendors out working from the planner I developed. In most cases I will be the MC coordinating the event. On the day of the event I arrive 3 to 6 hours before the scheduled start time to start setting up. 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the event music starts. Music plays from this point to the very end of the event. At the scheduled end time (providing there are no extensions) I turn on the venue's lighting and start the breakdown my gear. Music continues to play (if the venue allows) during 60% of the breakdown. Remaining gear is packed and I leave.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been in pro-audio for over 40 years, both live recording, live sound and DJing. I have return to live sound.
