Call Licensed Bonded and insured Plumbers, with minimal negative feedback from references. Feel out their claims, 'If it sounds too good to be true' it probably is. Do not fall for the $XX.XX for the first 1/2Hr and then you get their bill! And always have an adult present when you let someone into your house- never be shy to check them out! IT IS YOUR SAFETY
