They came out. Listened to me about what my problem was. He looked at is a bit and came and sat down with me to discuss what he felt was needed, what other options were the price, no extras. He will be back tomorrow since I asked if he could do a coulple other things and he had to have the parts ordered. So far I am impressed. Very professional. We plan on useing them for all our plumbing needs

previous plumber really pulled a bonehead move and we had no hot water to the masterbath and laundry, for a very long time. we had another company come out and they wanted to do another complete re-route. not wanting to go through the headache of the last "restoration" we worked around it. Dinosaur Plumbing diagnosed and repaired within 2-3 hours and we couldnt be happier with the price and results. we now know who to call from here on out. seriously, these are the guys!

Yes. We offer standard pricing as we are a flat rate company. Everyone gets treated equally.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since we like to build everlasting long term relationships with customers, we introduce ourselves and assure that you have chosen the plumbing outfit to take the best care for your home or business. Next, we ask and log details of the home, such as year built, home-builder, etc. just like a doctor would create a new file for a patient. This helps us understand the nature of the home to help us repair it or install products in the best means possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
16 years total in the field of plumbing. 4 years education via trade school, completed apprenticeship, journeyman-ship, and now fully classified as a CR-37 licensed plumbing company via State of Arizona.
