Yes. We offer standard pricing as we are a flat rate company. Everyone gets treated equally.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since we like to build everlasting long term relationships with customers, we introduce ourselves and assure that you have chosen the plumbing outfit to take the best care for your home or business. Next, we ask and log details of the home, such as year built, home-builder, etc. just like a doctor would create a new file for a patient. This helps us understand the nature of the home to help us repair it or install products in the best means possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
16 years total in the field of plumbing. 4 years education via trade school, completed apprenticeship, journeyman-ship, and now fully classified as a CR-37 licensed plumbing company via State of Arizona.
