Two great guys from Dinosaur installed a new kitchen faucet. I was very satisfied with their service. They knew what they were doing, came on time, very personable, enthusiastic about their work, a very good experience. I would use them again and I'm pretty fussy about such things.

I came home from work and found our water heater leaking. It was an emergency. I used Thumtack and within minutes I received a call from Bobby at Dinosaur Plumbing. Within 35 minutes he was at our house stopping the leak. By the next morning he was installing a new water heater. It was fast, efficient, professional and friendly service at a great price. We are very satisfied and will use Dinosaur again in the future.

Chose Dinosaur Plumbing because he took his time to size up the job to install a water heater. Bobby is very personable person. He gave a estimate initially told him I would call him back. He left and my wife said I like that guy and called him to tell him he was our guy. Did a outstanding job with the install. He will address any concerns customers may have. Dinosaur Plumbing Standing Above The Rest Thumbtack is a really neat service.

Great work, great price, and excellent response time. My husband and I recently moved into a house with a maze of an irrigation system that was causing loss of water pressure throughout the house, and a leak in our yard. Bobby came over and assessed the system with a fellow contractor, and then started working immediately after quoting a fair price. It turns out we also had an illegal main water line setup, and whole slew of issues due to this excessive irrigation system. Bobby was efficient and left the work area clean. We liked his work so much, we're having him back to work on some leaking faucets in our laundry room.

Yes. We offer standard pricing as we are a flat rate company. Everyone gets treated equally.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since we like to build everlasting long term relationships with customers, we introduce ourselves and assure that you have chosen the plumbing outfit to take the best care for your home or business. Next, we ask and log details of the home, such as year built, home-builder, etc. just like a doctor would create a new file for a patient. This helps us understand the nature of the home to help us repair it or install products in the best means possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
16 years total in the field of plumbing. 4 years education via trade school, completed apprenticeship, journeyman-ship, and now fully classified as a CR-37 licensed plumbing company via State of Arizona.
