- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a service call charge that is for an hour. Thereafter the issue is explained and any work further is agreed on before performing the job. Estimates are free!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explaining our process, their main concerns, and that it's our goal to complete the task at hand with 100% complete integrity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have all phases of plumbing experience. All hands on training with gas lines, rough plumbing ( underground prior to foundation), Top out ( water lines, above ground drains & vents ), trim ( installation of fixtures ), and service work ( water leaks, backed up drains, faucet repair, clean out installation ). Personally I have 18+yrs experience in all of these areas in plumbing with long term employment with 3 companies. All required testing prior to being employed and further training throughout my employment. Julian.
