- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take to time to know our clients We start with getting all the details to meet our new customer and their plumbing concerns and problems. We schedule the calls to their specific needs and offer a 1 to 2 hour appointment window time. We offer state of the art software tracking systems to store all information and offer paperless transactions for faster more accurate services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have dirtied our hands and worked hard for 40 years in our business and can say we have mastered our craft but always learning more to improve with the everyday changing needs to our industry. In addition we are certified and licensed to work on almost every aspect of plumbing for residential and commercial. We are constantly training with our technicians and office staff to better improve our services.
