- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have $125-$150 1 hour troubleshooting fee which i find that issue within that first hour or ill stop to inform you of prgress at the 1 hour mark. I go out to give a free estimate on small/big projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually set a date and time for an estimate or to do the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years experience, and passed my r-11 electrical contractor exam.
