Rubin responded within a minute of my request for service. I was not getting power to my Refrigerator especially nervous about Rubin was here within 20 minutes and the problem was solved. He vacuumed out the electrical box and helped me change lightbulbs in a ceiling lamp. He provided a rough estimate for potential future work.
