Paint and Simple did an outstanding job painting the exterior of my home. Irving took great care of my older house, which needed extensive prep work due to the previous owner using interior paint outside, years of cracking and flaking, and recent foundation repairs. He handled all of that meticulously, making sure the surface was properly restored before any paint went on. His attention to detail was exceptional, and the final result looks clean, crisp, and beautifully refreshed. Irving was very helpful in advising me on paint choices and materials, making sure everything suited the house and my goals. His communication was excellent—he clearly explained timelines, details, and expectations from start to finish. I felt very comfortable having Irving and his team on my property and am extremely happy with the results. I already have several more projects lined up for him. Highly recommended!

We are not the cheapest, but we do great work. We have a guarantee in the quality of our materials and the quality of our work. We do offer military, first responders and educators discounts. We offer multiple project discounts. We don't have estimate fees, our quotes are 100% free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always prefer to take a look at your projects in person. This gives us a clearer idea of what needs to be done. We don't like to make price adjustments upon arrival.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
7 years of painting experience and a BA from the Art Institute.
