Juan was quick to reply and a pleasure to work with! He checked in with a quick estimate, and we were able to kick the job off pretty quick once I obtained the materials. He removed and disposed of the old carpet, installed 350 sq ft of vinyl and trim in my two bedrooms. He was very thoughtful about working around me while I took work calls from one of the bedrooms or living room. Will happily work with him again!

I was looking for a contractor last minute to do a quote on a possible kitchen renovation. I wanted to make sure it was possible to do before I made an offer on a house. I was surprised to find a contractor to come out at 5pm on a Sunday for an estimate but Coronado Construction did! I placed my offer on the house and look forward to setting up a date to renovate the kitchen, once the house closes. Thank you again!!
