I appreciated that they were able to look at my project without me present and spent nearly an hour on the phone with me working through ideas to affordably solve a unique concrete foundation issue. Great morals and very responsive.

Robert added a cover patio to the rear of my home. He completed the job in a very professional, prompt and within budget. I have a beautiful patio that is well built. Working with Robert has been a wonderful experience. Will recommend him to friends and family. Thank you Robert for all your hard work.

Robert built us a beautiful 7ft tall/ 200 feet long stucco wall along our property line. Robert kept us updated with scheduling and progress. Him and his team showed up when they said they would and we're done when they said they would be done also. I would definitely recommend Robert and his team for your Contracting projects!

Our project was a simple 7 foot by 7 foot interior room addition with one door. Here are the major concerns we had: 1. the door was hung askew and had to be completely removed and rehung more than once ( at our request) 2. One wall was noticeably misaligned with the existing wall and instead of using dry wall to bring the wall out, the crew has spent the past few weeks adding more and more dry wall mud resulting in a bumpy and uneven wall. 3. The HVAC technician who wired the room was not a certified electrician and this resulted in a short which left a burn in the wiring and could have started a fire. To his credit, the contractor hired an electrician after that occurred (Mr. Electric) who removed the faulty wiring installed by the crew and rewired the room. 4. The crew cut the carpet the wrong size, then proceeded to tape it together with missing carpet cushion and dried paint stains. Thankfully, the contractor fixed this error too and replaced the carpet. 5. The crew comes sporadically for typically only 4 hours at a time. There have been many days when they do not show up at all or are here for just 2 to 3 hours. 6. Our home has become unsafe because the crew does not consistently cover our furniture, vacuum the dry wall dust, or remove tools when they leave. 5. This job is still not completed and it started in June (it is August now). 6. The contractor has informed us that if we want it done, we will just have to wait until the crew gets over here. Meanwhile we have scaffolding in our living room and their mess all around the house.

JOWDY CONTRACTING LLC's reply
In regard to Michelle M. and family room remodel. The electric outlet you see in the photo was not left that way, AT ALL. The new electrician and I, Robert Jowdy removed the cover plate and had pulled the wiring out and disassembled the screw caps and wiring to recheck what was originally there. In all fairness we the electrician and I had already killed the power and were somewhere else on the property. I believe one of the owners walked in and took the photo after the fact, thinking it was left like that way originally. With that said let me continue, Jowdy Contracting, originally hire a subcontractor to complete the project, and regardless of the size, which was actually 7' x 10' + "Was not a simple job" located upstairs at the stair landing required extensive demo to existing walls, that included one wall that was 18' high and needed scaffolding in order to remove and replace the top 8' portion of the wall. Also install a new wall with door and electrical with a partial sloped ceiling, and of course drywall texture and paint. However, this sub, did not perform his duties as planed many times before they were contracted to do the job. Despite Robert Jowdys attempt to manage this particular sub. So, what Jowdy contracting did do was to except all responsibility as the general contractor! I hired new licensed subcontractors to remove all that had been build and to rebuild all walls along with everything else of the upstairs unit. Project was completed and was approved by the owners. New carpeting will be installed my owner and reimbursed by Jowdy Contracting. Although Michelle and family have been inconvenienced to say the least, I truly apologized to the entire family. In the End, Jowdy Contracting did come through we made the job right, for our customer.
