Mr. Franco Chimienti, of HOME BUILDERS, LLC., has successfully completed several major remodeling & new construction projects for us since 2007. He and his associates have always provided timely, professional, quality, & exceptional customer services. He has always attempted to complete our projects on schedule & with in the budget we've agreed to. However, during these projects, he was willing to consider & accommodate design changes based on our request; that did require adjustments / modifications to both schedule completion & budget. He provided sound practical guidance & recommendation (tactfully) on how our projects could be accomplished in the most cost effective, efficient, & functional manner, based on his technical expertise & knowledge. I do highly recommend that Mr. Franco Chimienti, be considered for any new construct or remodeling projects.

We did a master bath and closet remodel/addition to a 1970s ranch. Franco was great to work since we made several changes along the way and previous remodels made for some challenging solutions. His remodeling expertise made our design vision a reality.

We hired this team to convert our carport into a garage. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner. I would recommend hiring them to anyone.
