FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to speak with the customer on the phone for about 5 to 10 minutes getting information on what I can help them with. I would then schedule an appointment to come by to do the work or give them an estimate. I like to spend a little time talking with the customer to make sure exactly what they are wanting done and giving them a timeframe on when the work would be completed. I make it a point to cleanup and have the customer give me the okay that the job is completed and done right to their liking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Throughout a 20 year career at a local hardware store I have attended many training programs in person and online. Everyday I worked to help customers with a wide variety of their projects. I have personally trained hundreds of employees on all trades that relate to Handyman work and yard service.
