A number of significant cracks developed in the ceiling of our 3 yr old house. I couldn’t get the original installers to commit to fixing the cracks. I looked for a highly rated dry wall expert and found C&Z on Thumbtack. He (Carlos) responded within an hour, came out to give an estimate, it seemed reasonable, I hired him, and he fixed the cracks over a three day period. He was very communicative, keeping me informed as to when he would arrive each day, and explained the construction errors that led to each type of crack. He was careful in his work, courteous and friendly, and cleaned up everything when he was finished. I strongly recommend him.

I am astonished by the amazing work Carlos carried out on my recent laundry room renovation. I hired him to drywall and finish three of the four walls, which he did beautifully - but then also finished the fourth wall at no extra charge. During his work, he was courteous to both me and my wife, kept the work area clean and kept his tools organized (I appreciate these little details, because they speak to the pride and contractor takes in their work). I’m going to call Carlos immediately for any future projects, and if you value quality work, you should do the same.
