Hello I’m Jose, I’ve been doing Handyman work for over 13 years, I have dedicated costumers that call and actually wait for when I’m ready because they don’t want anyone else to do the work, they love how detailed I am & are amazed at the end result. I currently work as a Foreman for a big General Contractor Company. I’d be happy to answer any questions you have for me. For small one day jobs or repairs my handyman price is $140 for the first hour, then after that it is $40 an hour. If it’s a big job then I would stop by and give you a straight bid for the work. Jose has almost remodeled my entire home. Even though I have a small 2 bedroom town house I have remodeled my kitchen and 2 bathroom and repainted my whole house. My bathroom in my master bedroom was totally demollished. My bathroom is beautiful. The doors in my bedrooms in the bathrooms are switched and painted white. Didn’t recognize my house when I came home. Jose is easy to work with and is very inexpensive. I recommend him to anybody.
