We’ve hired Sam for a few different jobs; replacing large porch screens, putting in a pool railing, cracked block wall patching, cement/rip rap work, floor patching and drywall repair. Sam was competent for all these tasks, reasonably priced and he’s a friendly guy and easy to work with. He’s our go to handy guy now.
