My first experience has been great. Fidelia responded to my request very quickly, set up an appointment at my convenience and communicated via text to confirm appointments. She came to my home and discussed what I want as she customizes all her cleaning to the wants and needs of the client. Monday will be our first cleaning and I am excited to see how it goes.
