Introduction: My company has been in business going on 5 years now with excellent reviews from regular customers, my snowbirds, and airbnb owners. We are a team of 2 and do weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleanings, as well as, maintaining properties for our snowbirds while they are away, and regular cleanings through their winter stays. We also do many short-term rental turnovers on a regular basis some with a very short flip window. We even do, move-in, move-out, and prelist cleanings. We have an eye for detail and work with the homeowner to gear our work to meet their expectations and requirements. We do the work with no hidden charges or fees, and charge a flat hourly rate. I had a deep cleaning and will then have every other week regular cleaning. Amanda is great! She arrived for the interview right on time, is very pleasant, and seems to have a fantastic work ethic. The cleaning they did was amazing! My house has never been so clean. I highly recommend Amanda and Old Broad's Cleaning Company!!

We hired Amanda and her team for a move-out cleaning. Amanda was incredibly patient when our closing date kept changing, and did everything in her power to accommodate us. She was quick to respond to emails and phone calls, and was nice to talk to. She and her team came in as the movers were finishing up, and they cleaned our home from top to bottom - literally! Ceiling fans, all the walls, inside and outside of all cabinets throughout, inside and outside of all appliances, the kitchen and bathrooms looked fantastic, even the windows; and of course finishing up with the floors. Amanda was right there directing her team, and working just as hard as they were. They worked quickly, politely, and did an extremely careful and precise job. I honestly could not find one thing they missed, and I used to clean houses. They more than earned the amount charged as well as the tip. My only regret is that I didn't find Amanda before we moved out of state - I would have hired her for housecleaning on a regular basis! Hire this company, you won't regret it!

Amanda and her crew were fantastic. We needed to have a deep cleaning of our home after moving out and before listing it for sale. I found Old Broad's Cleaning Company here on thumbtack and contacted her, and within minutes she had written back and we began to discuss the job. She stopped by within a few days to look at my property and provide me an estimate. A month later, when she came to do the job, she stuck with her timeline and price quote. Everything looked so clean--I was particularly impressed with how they were able to get rid of all the hard water stains and make the tubs and sinks look brand new. They also brought in a steam cleaner for the grout, as well as a professional carpet cleaner. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of the work and how friendly and great Amanda was. Highly recommend!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a menu of services available and a pricing list for the client to choose from that can be provided to each client at the initial meeting.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually speak to a client on the phone and have an initial interview there. Once agreed I will travel to the clients property to tour the home in need and ask questions about clients preferences and needs. Once it is established that the client wants me for the job, then all that is needed is to create a schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of experience taking care of people and home. I am also currently in school to get my real estate license to better serve my clients as their property manager.
