My company has been in business going on 5 years now with excellent reviews from regular customers, my snowbirds, and airbnb owners. We are a team of 2 and do weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleanings, as well as, maintaining properties for our snowbirds while they are away, and regular cleanings through their winter stays. We also do many short-term rental turnovers on a regular basis some with a very short flip window. We even do, move-in, move-out, and prelist cleanings. We have an eye for detail and work with the homeowner to gear our work to meet their expectations and requirements. We do the work with no hidden charges or fees, and charge a flat hourly rate. Amanda and her crew were fantastic. We needed to have a deep cleaning of our home after moving out and before listing it for sale. I found Old Broad's Cleaning Company here on thumbtack and contacted her, and within minutes she had written back and we began to discuss the job. She stopped by within a few days to look at my property and provide me an estimate. A month later, when she came to do the job, she stuck with her timeline and price quote. Everything looked so clean--I was particularly impressed with how they were able to get rid of all the hard water stains and make the tubs and sinks look brand new. They also brought in a steam cleaner for the grout, as well as a professional carpet cleaner. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of the work and how friendly and great Amanda was. Highly recommend!!

I would highly recommend these ladies for your house cleaning needs!They arrived at my house at 9am and left at 3:30pm The job they did on my sons bathroom alone was amazing! And if you have boys I am dure you know how bad their bathrooms can get! It now shines and you can't tell it was ever such a mess! Personally I was embarrassed when they first saw it and I had cleaned it up a bit before they got here lol! I of course had them do a deep clean and couldn't be happier with the job they did! The time and sweat they put into my house was just amazing! They went as far as to vacuum all the dog hair from my couches, moved and cleaned the appliances, and much more! Lets just say they cleaned from ceilings to floors and wall to wall! From pictures on the walls to rust stains on the floor from where my dogs kennel sits! Very friendly and a 48 hour guarantee in case I see something the messed or I am just not happy with something! Amazing ladies! Thank you for coming in at such short notice so that my house was in order for my boys arrival for the summer! You all rock!

Amanda and Lisa did a deep clean for me. My mirrors, windows, and glass table top sparkled! The wood furniture and all baseboards were thoroughly cleaned. Bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. Upholstered furniture was vacuumed exceptionally well as I have a cat and am picky about the cat fur getting vacuumed up. Amanda has the perfect tool for removing pet hair. Carpet and tile were cleaned to perfection as well. No exaggeration when I say best job I've ever had done!

I had a deep cleaning and will then have every other week regular cleaning. Amanda is great! She arrived for the interview right on time, is very pleasant, and seems to have a fantastic work ethic. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a menu of services available and a pricing list for the client to choose from that can be provided to each client at the initial meeting.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually speak to a client on the phone and have an initial interview there. Once agreed I will travel to the clients property to tour the home in need and ask questions about clients preferences and needs. Once it is established that the client wants me for the job, then all that is needed is to create a schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of experience taking care of people and home. I am also currently in school to get my real estate license to better serve my clients as their property manager.
