FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
fees are based off of rooms and condition of the home and services need. a fee could say 250 for example but then you send me pictures and my team and i determine its in great shape the price would come down. i base my prices on max time, worse condition and size of home. And there is a 25% obligation if you cancel with 24 hours of the scheduled clean
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with exchanging emails to agree on a time and date for the cleaning. We'll discuss the desired outcome, and you can send pictures to provide a clear idea of what needs to be done. If the job is confirmed, we'll have a brief conversation about the types of cleaning chemicals you prefer used in your home; I'll purchase them if they're not already in stock. On the day of cleaning, we'll have a standard meet and greet followed by a walkthrough to ensure all your requirements are understood. Then, my team and I will get to work, transforming your home to meet your needs and achieve the agreed-upon results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 16 years of experience in cleaning. Not only am I a mother of three, but prior to this, I managed a fast-food restaurant for 16 years, working closely with health departments and environmental services. I've attended college for sanitization and business administration. Additionally, I've worked and trained with the best in hospitality cleaning, including a 4-year tenure at the Hilton, culminating in a role as quality manager. I've navigated through residential and commercial cleaning until discovering Airbnb in Arizona, which I adore. Contracting naturally followed, and I've used cleaning as a means to decompress, finding it therapeutic. I've independently studied chemicals for the past three years, and through trial and error, I've learned about products that are more harmful than one might think to various materials, such as stone, granite, and wood.
