Shawn did a great job. Cost me around $500 to go with him the other 2 companies I called wanted between $900-$1100 for the repair. Seemed like a pretty easy fixtook less than an hour an Shawn had the engine motor in his van with him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service calls are $65 for a diagnostic. If you hire me I waive the service call fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get necessary information such as address name, phone and schedule a time for a service call. After diagnosis give options for repair with a couple different quotes. Waive service call fee if hired. Perform repair as soon as possible if parts are available or soonest possible once parts are available. Charge customer and let them enjoy the their working unit. Pretty straight forward and as easy as can be!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5yrs hands on training with Universal Tectonics. Skillcat EPA 608 Type 2 Certification.
