- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service calls are $65 for a diagnostic. If you hire me I waive the service call fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get necessary information such as address name, phone and schedule a time for a service call. After diagnosis give options for repair with a couple different quotes. Waive service call fee if hired. Perform repair as soon as possible if parts are available or soonest possible once parts are available. Charge customer and let them enjoy the their working unit. Pretty straight forward and as easy as can be!
