I wasn't going to write this review or give a rating because I really don't like giving bad reviews but the more I thought about it the more I felt I needed to get out how I felt about my experience. I gave this rating because on the day we scheduled to move my things, 1 person was sent to move very heavy couches and other items. I told them what I had to move prior to someone being sent. This in turn led to the couches scraping against things and getting some minor damage. I don't understand how they thought 1 person was enough. He had no dolly or any other equipment that would aid in lifting or moving the furniture. It also meant that I wasn't able to move any of the smaller things due to time. There was an issue with my larger couch fitting in the door of the unit and the gentleman was gracious enough to store it for me. I actually ended up regretting this because it cost me way more than it should have. We did not discuss any payment when he took the couch. However when I told him when I wanted him to deliver it, he wanted to charge me $25/day, which is robbery. I paid him a price that we finally agreed on/ I went along with because I was annoyed and wanted to be done with him but I will not use this company anymore in the future. It was not a good fit for me. I ended up in the end overpaying for one person to move my things and not being able to move everything that I wanted to.

Hello, you texted us on a last minute basis and we let you know we were blocked for that day you said “ I don’t mind I just need this job done asap” we told you we only had one guy available and it would be a ruff job to get complete. You agreed to everything and tried to down play one of my guys. He offered to hold your couch for you because YOU didn’t have any space to put it anywhere… YOU agreed to it we don’t even store items and belongings to our customers but you seemed distressed and worried that he was willing to do 4 moves for you and store your items and you underpaid him… on top of that you also let my guy know that it didn’t matter as long as the couch was moved out because you had a deadline to attend too….

Quite frankly they stole my money. They said they were going to move me and I told them exactly what I needed done to include disassembly and assembly of my bed. They ended up taking 2 days to do it and didn't even show up until 4:00 the first day in the afternoon. It was a long distance move so I had to trust them to go back and get my stuff in Tucson and bring it back to Phoenix and lock up the place in Tucson. They were very unprofessional and as you can see from the photos they did not even unload into the house. They unloaded into my front yard and left before I noticed. I feel like they stole my money.

Provided a quote that was almost double the Thumbtack estimate. Never completed the work and disappeared.
