Gina is super friendly, easy to get along with and very calm in sizing up the job/situation and how intensive it might be. She was excellent with instructing me and took a full two hours plus lots of texts in helping me get the right look for a few actors on a set. It happened that I have had some makeup experience and we had a very low budget so it was really helpful to get the training specific to each actor's face so that I could do it myself. Plus she explained the pitfalls I needed to watch out for with the actors being under harsh lighting. It was what I could afford and she was great about it. Her ideas also were creative so that the actors looked the way they were supposed to (one needed to look tired and one had to look very alert). Thanks Gina! When I can afford to, I will bring you onto the set so I don't have to do the makeup myself any more!

Gina is amazing. As a bride in my late 30's who has never had her makeup done by anyone else, and who has a better idea of what I don't like than what I do, I was pretty nervous. We scheduled a MU trial, and we quickly learned what I didn't like, but I was too shy to speak up at the time. Gina was super patient and understanding, and we scheduled another trial run. She didn't charge me for the trial re-do, but I paid anyway, because it wasn't her fault I didn't speak up the first time.
Fast forward to the wedding.. Gina showed up on time (early) and was fully prepared and excited. (P.s. don't let Thumbtack lie to you, she DOES travel to your venue/site.. just ask 😊). She was able to work around my hair being up in curlers and under a hair dryer, and I looked absolutely beautiful. Then she started on my teenage daughter/maid of honor, and once again did a fabulous job. Didn't get pics of my MU, but did get a few of Gina working magic on my daughter. Gina was super responsive and attentive to her clients, super reasonably priced, patient, and an overall sweetheart. If I ever need makeup done again in the future, I will be back. Gina, thank you for helping to make me look and feel like the most beautiful woman in the world on my special day. ✨️ 💖 ❤️

Gina was amazing! She was super personal, very experienced and really fun! She did her job well for my wedding and worked with my budget for my wedding! She was really professional but still personal and fun! She was easy to work with and did an amazing job with my makeup for the wedding :) she even showed me an awesome hairstylist! Overall, it was excellent!

Asked Gina to help me figure out an everyday look and more fancy look. She definitely delivered! I use the techniques she showed me and I get compliments all the time on how great it looks! She showed me products and colors I never would have thought to use on my own. I look forward to putting on my makeup instead of looking at it as just one more thing to do. I'm flexible and can work with you. i can drive to them..i have knowledge and work with there needs! try to always be available! i listen to what the clients need
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to speak to you on the phone and many times will normally go thru a trial run to make sure you are getting what you want out of the makeup process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to beauty school and have (and maintain) an Estheticians license. I have worked for many brands (Clinique, Beauty Brands, Ulta, Pur Cosmetics) and gone thru their respective training. i love what i do!! i am an artist love to create. i have worked on a movie project as well
