Sam has done exceptional work. Listening to my needs and finding the best way to tackle a given problem. Each time I come to an appointment I speak to what I'm feeling and we discuss options for treatment. Each time I leave I feel the results immediately. He is very professional and personable. Always checks in and makes sure I'm satisfied with his work.

I've been going to Sam at Centered Health Tucson for years and love his work. As a dancer, I have many previous muscle injuries that come back to haunt me. Before I started seeing Sam regularly, my back was a mess and I could barely sleep. Now, I sleep soundly for a full 8 hrs, which is unheard of for me. I also really enjoy his attitude and how much he cares about his patients. Every session he makes sure to check in with my stress and emotional levels, not just biometrics for heart rate and such. He works with you to plan treatments that feel personalized. 12/10 recommend!

Sam is awesome at what he does! He provides quality body work at such a reasonable price. As a nurse, I often hurt myself in one way or another, thankfully Sam is able to pinpoint exactly where the damage is done and work it out. I never leave disappointed. I have been recommending him to everyone I know who needs body work!

I’ve been seeing Sam for acupuncture and body work for years! He is an incredibly talented and compassionate practitioner. He is always very professional and really listens to your problems and needs. He makes sure to prioritize individual care and is able to take a very multifaceted approach. He has a wide range of abilities to treat your needs and a great ability to make you feel very comfortable and heard! He’s helped me through a few health issues and I’m so great full to have him as part of my healthcare routine.

I typically try to get to know my customer and find out what and why they feel what they're feeling. That way we can work on a remedy for their situation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters in acupunture and went through extensive clinical training.
