Ron built an iron railing for our pool steps, which took a couple weeks, given that we (Ron and I) had to figure out exactly how to do it. I really wish Thumbtack had the option to post pictures, because the finished product really fits in well with the tiled steps as well as the pool. And it's very strong and sturdy, my Number One concern from the outset.
The quality of work is quite good. Ron is very conscientious and concerned about getting the thing right; he came back twice to double-check measurements and layout, and I appreciate that kind of thoroughness. I also appreciated his willingness to accommodate our budget limitations. He was more than generous with his time.
I would definitely call Ron for future iron work, with no reservations whatsoever. He is very willing to make adjustments and do whatever is necessary to make the product work. A really good guy. :}

Ron has now worked on two projects for me this year, delivering high-quality work each time. His rates are affordable and his attention to detail, outstanding. From a tiny dragon needing his wing re-attached to a custom-fit 3-foot wide grill, no job seems too small or large for him. He is in my phone should I need any more metal work done (and I'm sure I will).

Ron installed a new gate in my iron fence, and altered the fence profile in one place to permit a very large mesquite I wanted to save to remain uncut. He did the job in one day and very much to my satisfaction. I assisted him by making a hardware run for a tool he needed while he continued to work. He reduced his price to offset my time and of course paid for the tool himself. Entire job was under $150. Looks great.
