- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a discount if you would like me to do any GROOMING or BATHING services in your home. I also offer a 5+ dogs discount for nail trimming.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask the name and breed of their dog and what experience they have with grooming. Is this their first time? Do we need to muzzle? A slow introduction to make your pet most comfortable is my goal!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working with dogs professionally starting in 2019 and have 10 dogs of my own!
