My schedule was a bit fluid and Alpha Force was very patient and worked with me through the entire process. They had great communication which I’ve learned some other services do not. During the unload they were quick but not sloppy; nothing was damaged. I would definitely use them again!

I highly recommend this company. They were well priced, extremely accommodating, and performed great work. Our move was split over 2 days - load on one day and unload the next. For the unload, it was unknown exactly when we would get our keys, but they were very patient and flexible and as soon as we got the keys the guys came right over to get us unloaded. They were committed to the job and didn't hesitate for a minute to get everything done even though it went into the evening hours. The crew (Andrew and Jonathan for the move, Steven and Ricardo for admin) were very professional and respectful, not a single complaint or sign of frustration despite the hard work. No foul language or anything like that which was appreciated since our kids were always around the corner trying to watch the action. They were patient and kind and great at their jobs. We ended up needing a 2nd truck, but they made every possible effort to avoid that and packed our first truck with precision and expertise. They were spot-on on recommending the size of the 2nd truck as well. I was going to get a smaller one but took their suggestion of a slightly larger truck and it was a good thing because they filled that one to the door as well. None of our items were damaged. Our new house has a 2-turn stairwell which is definitely a challenge, so there were a few scuffs on the walls here and there but that's to be expected. Certainly nothing excessive. A really large and heavy item was brought upstairs by mistake but they brought it back down without a complaint even though they must have been crying inside. In regards to covid precautions, they stayed masked the whole time despite the intense work and heat. I felt terrible they had to work that way but I was thankful and impressed with their respect and commitment to everyone's safety. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and will surely recommend to anyone I know who happens to need moving services. I'll leave this review in a few places and hope it helps.

Price simplicity. We currently offer Labor Only service. Each job provides of two Alpha Force movers that will complete their job in a timely manner.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication. We will contact a new customer in order to discuss his/ or her move. After assessing the move, we will provide the customer with financial and job completion expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Alpha Force Moving, moving isn't a new concept. We have been in the moving industry for years; however, built a local company to improve and evolve the moving industry.
