I wrote and submitted a review yesterday, following my experience with Luis at Cell + Appliance and Repair... but it does not seem to have made it to this review platform. Luis immediately made contact, when I reached out through Thumbtack...He was willing to respond again, after Home Depot failed to show up. I would add both "Value" and "Punctuality" to the items above. My Samsung dryer required a new heating element, and his work was outstanding. He patiently answered all my questions, with courtesy and respect. I was so grateful that the Home Depot folks did not show up, as Luis is an exemplary model of Repair Technicians in his field. Professional, knowledgeable, skilled...and personable to boot. I highly recommend Luis and Cell + Appliance and Repair; he will be my "go to" guy for any future appliance issues! JoAnne E.
