I contacted Luis at 1:40pm and he was here by 3:30pm. He quickly identified the problem and confirmed I was right and then promptly got to replacing the water/drain pump. Also, a neutral wire had come out of it's mount and he helped identify that problem and fix it too, which is something I wouldn't have thought of. Saved me a day or two of headache and then I would have ended up calling someone about the socket issue even if I did do it myself.
