This firm is outstanding! My business activity lives in my laptop. The screen broke. LjjmTech was one of 3 contacts and he was the only one that responded and more importantly he responded instantly! He asked spot on questions to increase the speed to moving forward to repair. My laptop was back in my hands two days early! He is conscious of managing both time and cost for his work! I will give all my computer business to his firm going forward. I highly recommend LjjmTech!!!!Jul 17, 2020Verified

LjjmTech solved a computer problem for us that we could not solve. He was very professional and my son's computer now works perfectly. I will hire him again without a doubt if we ever need more advanced computer assistance.Feb 24, 2021Verified

Joel is very knowledgeable when it comes to repairing computers. He is friendly, helpful, and highly professional. The only reason I didn’t give him 5 stars is because the service took a little bit longer than he had first said. If I could give a 4.5 I would!Aug 8, 2020Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? It’s better to ask either call or message calling the tech directly it’s a lot easier to communicate and to get the price across more clearly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I get some basic info from customer and then get as much info on the problem or what needs to be done for the job. I always offer new customer discounts and also offer referral discounts also if we continue to work with each other. If the customer wants to speak with prior clients that can be arranged also. I make the process as easy a possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a high school diploma and also have 10 college credits all dealing with computer repair subjects. I've been working for other computer repair shops for over a decade and I'm always studying the lastest tech and listening to the most current news in technology and trends . I truly pride myself in keeping up to date with technology and the next great technology that can help myself and my clients.
