Joel was on time, was professional and extremely courteous. He took the time to explain the "what and why", which helped immensely. I would highly recommend Joel to anyone needing IT help at home or work!Feb 27, 2017Verified
Very satisfied with the service. Was charged a little bit over the quoted amount but I had no problem with that. Lap top was severely virus infected, so seemed reasonable amount. Plus he installed a virus protection program. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!Nov 2, 2016Verified

I came in to his office only really expecting to get my gaming desktop cleaned out and have the fan checked. Upon arriving somehow between the drive to his office my complete Windows operator decided to erase itself. Joel, came off as very knowledgeable, genuine and an all around honest working guy. And I left assured he would be able to take care of any problem that came up. He put hours and hours of time into making sure I got my brand new fans reinstalled but also uploaded and safely checked my hard drive and installed a new Windows 10 for me. After all of his hours of labor and the unexpected windows error I got my computer back roughly 48 hours later. He was very punctual and worked day and night to get my PC back in it's tip top gaming condition. And didn't even charge me for dusting my PC. His work quality was well worth the time and money I spent and will absolutely be back to have him do all of my upgrades. If you are looking for a reliable computer guy with working experience for 9+ years. This is a great go to.May 25, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? It’s better to ask either call or message calling the tech directly it’s a lot easier to communicate and to get the price across more clearly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I get some basic info from customer and then get as much info on the problem or what needs to be done for the job. I always offer new customer discounts and also offer referral discounts also if we continue to work with each other. If the customer wants to speak with prior clients that can be arranged also. I make the process as easy a possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a high school diploma and also have 10 college credits all dealing with computer repair subjects. I've been working for other computer repair shops for over a decade and still do to this day work for a computer repair shop that is located on Davis Monthan Air Force base. I'm always studying the lastest tech and listening to the most current news in technology and trends . I truly pride myself in keeping up to date with technology and the next great technology that can help myself and my clients.
