Printer and Copier Repair

I was inquiring about repair on Kodak All-in-One Printer. Ljjm was not able to do the repair but he was able to recommend a printer I might like to purchase for replacement. My Kodak is very old and no replacement parts are available, except the print head. I just replaced the print head and that did not fix my printing issue. Since he was not able to actually do the repair, there was no charge. He took his time to research and to give me a recommendation and did not charge me. Thank you.

Data Recovery Service

My 64 GB memory card had corrupted suddenly after years of use. I did not have it backed up. I thought I had lost over 2500 photos. I found Joel after reading very good reviews. I was not disappointed. Everything was very easy. I just dropped off my memory card and picked it back up after a week. Joel was very responsive with phone calls AND text messages through the entire process. You don't see that anymore. He also followed up every step of the way. After only a few days, he was able to recover every photo I had on my SD card!! My phone wouldn't even recognize that I had a memory card in the slot. I was very impressed. He is also very fair in his service fee than other places I had contacted. Highly recommend.

    It’s better to ask either call or message calling the tech directly it’s a lot easier to communicate and to get the price across more clearly.

    I get some basic info from customer and then get as much info on the problem or what needs to be done for the job. I always offer new customer discounts and also offer referral discounts also if we continue to work with each other. If the customer wants to speak with prior clients that can be arranged also. I make the process as easy a possible.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a high school diploma and also have 10 college credits all dealing with computer repair subjects. I've been working for other computer repair shops for over a decade and I'm always studying the lastest tech and listening to the most current news in technology and trends . I truly pride myself in keeping up to date with technology and the next great technology that can help myself and my clients.
