Joel responded very quickly to my initial request and promptly each time I had a question. Had a problem with my computer that involved the Microsoft Update Issue. Tried everything I knew of to fix it but no go. It was only by contacting this guy that not only did my computer get fixed and renewed as well, but the deal I made was pretty good. $55 an hour is not so bad at all and getting your computer renewed and cleaned for $95 with no extra charge is very good. I'll admit I missed my computer so much when I handed it over to him to fix it but now everything runs much better. I trust Joel in what he does and of his payments. Should I run into a problem with my problem that I cannot solve, I would definitely contact him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s better to ask either call or message calling the tech directly it’s a lot easier to communicate and to get the price across more clearly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get some basic info from customer and then get as much info on the problem or what needs to be done for the job. I always offer new customer discounts and also offer referral discounts also if we continue to work with each other. If the customer wants to speak with prior clients that can be arranged also. I make the process as easy a possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a high school diploma and also have 10 college credits all dealing with computer repair subjects. I've been working for other computer repair shops for over a decade and I'm always studying the lastest tech and listening to the most current news in technology and trends . I truly pride myself in keeping up to date with technology and the next great technology that can help myself and my clients.
