- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe pricing should be clear, not mysterious. Our proposals are detailed and line-item so you can see what you’re paying for. We’re transparent about our general contractor fee and how the project is structured. We only charge hourly during preconstruction/build planning or if we’re self-performing a portion of the work. Everything else is clearly scoped and priced before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most projects start with a conversation and walkthrough. We listen to your goals, budget expectations, and timeline. If it’s a good fit, we move into planning: confirming layout decisions, material selections, and permit requirements when necessary. From there, we build a clear scope and proposal so you know exactly what’s included.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed Arizona B-3 residential general contractor. Our team has experience leading remodeling projects, managing trades, coordinating scopes, and running disciplined project schedules.
