Returned home to find 13 year-old water heater leaking. Called a contractor friend who recommended Just Water Heaters. Called the next day at 8AM, they arrived at 10:30, and by noon water was heating in my new tank. They were professional, courteous, friendly and gave helpful maintenance advice. The price was fair and the workmanship excellent.

Our hot water heater was leaking. Our home warranty policy was supposed to cover it, but their charges were outrageous. We called Frank, he came within an hour with a new tank and the job was completed quickly and professionally. I can recommend Frank with full confidence that he will treat his customers with respect. Water heater was leaking when I got home around 630 pm. Was able to contact owner directly through Thumbtack and called him that night around 930pm. He showed up the next morning at 6am, replaced the unit. Was very friendly and professional, did not try to upsell anything to me that I didn't need. Was courteous and answered all my questions, showed me how to drain the unit every 6 months to extend life, etc. I will recommend him to friends. Price was very competitive...I was obviously looking for someone on short notice, but even looking around after the fact, I can't find a better price that what he gave me. Was ~$800 after tax for a 50 gallon water heater replacement.
