Hydro Rooter did an awesome job! Jake couldnt have sent a better team to address my sewer issues. He provided me with expert advice on how to approach my plugged drain issues. After all utilities were located his team; Chris, Billy and Martin executed a well thought out plan. Because my aged plumbing system had no clean outs they had to dig down to the main line and install a bidirectional clean out. Chris and Billy made short work of digging and exposing the offending pipe. All three shared in the process of installing the clean outs. Once installed Martin hydro-jetted the stubborn clog and my drain was open!Its a pleasure to see a crew work harmoniously to accomplish a goal. These guys clearly enjoy their work and take pleasure ensuring their customers are happy. I would recommend Hydro-Rooter; Jake, Chris, Billy, and Martin to everyone .

They were VERY Professional, VERY knowledgeable, VERY Thorough and VERY Clean. By far beat the nearest competitors price. Will definitely be using them for all my future plumbing needs. I have already recommended them to two other neighbors as the majority of the homes in my neighborhood have older clay or cast iron pipes.

I had a wonderful experience with Hydro Rooter & Plumbing. They answered my call on the first try, no leaving messages and hoping someone gets back to you. He was also quick to come out and worked with my schedule. Finding out you have roots in your pipes is not a great feeling but Jake is really knowledgeable and gave me several options to fix the issues cloging my drains. He sent his team Martin & Chris out, they made quick work of the roots and took videos to show me absolutely clear pipes. Very grateful for their help .
