I needed urgent drain repair/replacement immediately after moving into a very old adobe brick house, and Rudy was wonderful to work with. Great communication and follow-up, patient, professional, and did an excellent job presenting the various options. He was very careful of the house and came up with creative/effective solutions to avoid risk of further damage.

Rudy answered right away, and was able to tell me what was wrong with our hot water heater just by my description of what I had already tried. He helped me fix it myself (I am a DIY person). Eventually we want to replace it with a On-Demand system and Rudy said he would do that for us.
