Level Line just completed a fantastic roofing job at my mother's home. They were referred by her long time insurance broker, although this work did not involve an insurance claim. Level Line could call themselves "Above and Beyond Roofers" and it would be wholly justified. The owner is a very intelligent, well spoken young man and military veteran who wrote up the detailed contract and had his crew fulfill their promises in a neat and timely manner. The craftsmanship was thorough and detailed and clean up was perefect. I wish Mr. Jimenez and his crew much deserved continued success!

Level line roofing has been the perfect professionals I got my roof completely redone and they were able to complete it in no time at all with no hassle. Alex was the individual I was communicating with for the project and he was perfect was available to reach easily anytime I had questions and was super quick to reach out to me whenever they needed my input for color and stuff

Very professional and detail oriented business that is involved with our HOA in repairing/replacing our roofs. Monumental task as there are many homes in our HOA. There is an immediate response from Level Line whenever one of we homeowners have questions concerning the new roof they are installing or repairs we are needing done to our roofswhich the case with my roof. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices range depending on the roof system and size of roof we will be working on. We do offer veteran discount and senior discount ask about these with us!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process with a new customer is to gather as much information as possible of our customer and his roof, from there we will schedule a free roof inspection and conduct a thorough inspection of roof, we will explain to the customer his/her options and give our customer options and samples of material along with an informal rough estimate that then after we will turn into a formal proposal. If customer decides to do business with us, we will get them scheduled in a timely manner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed to conduct commercial and residential roofing, our team is certified on all our roofing components and each employee processes valid certifications. We have an OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certified safety officer
