- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair and my clients will agree. Be aware, I don’t take jibs that involve replacing coat, jacket zippers or other objects that are made up of heavy or vinyl materials. I can do zippers on regular clothing and seat/sofa cushions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contact is made, I will try to get an idea if the job is straight forward or if it’s complicated or unusual. Based on this, the amount of items and the distance I have to travel to pick up the work, I will be able to quote a price. I am flexible and will work with clients to meet their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a semi-retired teacher and former media professional so I have much experience dealing with people (customer service).
