About
Hi, my name is Eric - I am a Tucson native that specializes in Hard Surface Restoration. What makes us unique is that you will get the owner on EVERY job to ensure the results are top notch and done right the first time. Gone are the days of a salesman showing up to your house that you come to trust, and then they send out another person to get the work done. When you do business with us, you will come to appreciate what a trustworthy contractor is like working with. Our reviews on every platform speak for themselves, and we NEVER take money up front. 100% satisfaction is what we aim to give every customer/family friend when we are completed. Our floor grout and shower grout was never sealed when new—6 years ago! The floor was especially stained and dirty, but Eric snd his helper did an exceptional job cleaning and sealing it all. They were very careful moving furniture out of the way and made sure everything was back where it belonged. They even repaired any gaps where grout was missing or too thin. We would definitely recommend them for a grout cleaning job!

professional, polite, did not rush to finish, put in over 7 hours to do the large job correctly
Eric an crew way exceeded our expectations. When hiring a company online with only ratings to go by, it’s always a dice roll. We hit the jackpot. Small family business that he’s teaching his son the old school values. You’ll be like me and then strongly recommend them to family and friends!

We are very competitively priced with the market and do have various discounts available: First Responder, Health Care, Repeat Customer, and Military.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate with our customers to verify we are a good fit for you. We will discuss the surfaces you have, what your expectations are, and if the project is within your budget. If so, we come out to do a complimentary estimate and walk you through the entire process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended a few flooring seminars in various surfaces, but most all of the expertise we have is from trial and error over 19 years!
