Our floor grout and shower grout was never sealed when new—6 years ago! The floor was especially stained and dirty, but Eric snd his helper did an exceptional job cleaning and sealing it all. They were very careful moving furniture out of the way and made sure everything was back where it belonged. They even repaired any gaps where grout was missing or too thin. We would definitely recommend them for a groutcleaning job!

Eric Page is outstanding in his work. Our tile and grout look brand new. He goes beyond what is required to do a great job, as if he is working on his own home. I would hire him again in a second!
Eric took on a tough tilecleaning job at my business but made it shine in the end. Lots of elbow grease required but it looks like new, including the grout. Highly recommend him as he's easy to work with on big jobs with his attention to detail an extra bonus.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitively priced with the market and do have various discounts available: First Responder, Health Care, Repeat Customer, and Military.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate with our customers to verify we are a good fit for you. We will discuss the surfaces you have, what your expectations are, and if the project is within your budget. If so, we come out to do a complimentary estimate and walk you through the entire process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended a few flooring seminars in various surfaces, but most all of the expertise we have is from trial and error over 19 years!
