- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
VEHICLE LOCKOUTS/CAR KEYS : All Customers Must provide a Drivers Licence and Proof of Ownership/Rental agreement upon arrival and vehicles registration/Insurance once vehicle has been accessed. RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL LOCKOUTS : All customers must provide Drivers Licence (government Issued ID) , proof of Ownership/Rental Agreement before bypassing Any Lock(s) I like to Ask as many details as possible concerning the project , this helps give a more accurate price prior to technicians arrival ***WITH OUT PROPER INFORMATION ABOVE WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE***

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always ask for flat rates on Automotive/Residential/Commercial lockouts to be sure there are no hidden fees on top of service rate , such as "Service Fees" and "labor" charges. DONT FALL FOR THE $15 SERVICE FEE AND “STARTING” PRICES FROM SCAM COMPANIES
