Working with Jesus to repair a leak to my main water line was both a pleasure and a huge blessing! He is extremely knowledgeable, highly professional and courteous, and the quality of his work was readily apparent. He responded within minutes to my initial inquiry, then came to the house the next morning and installed a temporary fix while he got additional parts, and completed the repair the next day. He explained each step of the process and went above-and-beyond to answer any questions and make sure I understood and was satisfied with the work. His price was very fair and reasonable. I will call him again when the need arises and highly recommend him to others.

Had a great experience with Jesus. He responded same day and quickly to my job inquiry. Good communication, did what he said he would do. A minor issue surfaced that needed to be addressed and once again he responded very quickly and made time to address it the next day. What’s not to like!! The job was a kitchen faucet install. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by listening carefully to their concerns and asking questions to fully understand the issue. I then provide a free inspection and detailed estimate so there are no surprises about the work or the cost. Once the customer approves, I complete the repair with a focus on quality, safety, and long-term reliability. I also walk the customer through the work that was done, explain any recommendations for future maintenance, and make sure they are 100% satisfied before the job is complete.
