About
10 years of creative collaboration and process implementation has sent me into the consulting field. I'm young, hungry, and looking to help individuals maximize the quality and efficacy of their work. Key areas of expertise--but more importantly, ENJOYMENT: resume design and cover letter writing, software and computer training, presentation design, PDF and document copywriting and editing, process streamlining, project brainstorming through implementation and execution, etc. Any moment during which I can flex my creative and troubleshooting muscles resulting in an inspiring end product or result is greatly fulfilling for me!

Kelly took the time to work with me to not only determine the exact criteria of my ideal position, but she also created a tailor-made resumé laser-targeted and focused exactly on the type of position I'm pursuing. By utilizing great spacial organization, Kelly was able to effectively showcase my qualifications and skill set in a way that was attractive, easy to read and easy to understand. It is with great enthusiasm that look forward to distributing this resumé and I have every confidence that it will help place me into a perfect position. Thanks Kelly!!

Kelly did an AMAZING job creating a professional, appealing resume for my job search. She took the time needed to investigate my past jobs and ensure that my strengths were highlighted on the resume. I would STRONGLY recommend Kelly to create a resume for anyone looking for a professional position.

Kelly far exceeded my expectations for a resume makeover. She was incredibly responsive and made quick work of the assignment. I felt like she did a great job of listening to my requests and self-appointed flaws in the resume I'd prepared but was incredibly professional in providing feedback that would ultimately help me to present the best, most professional version of myself to future employers. The final product was far better than anything I could ever have prepared and is 100% tailored to me and what I was wanting. I cannot recommend Kelly highly enough. She is worth every penny!

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to quickly-yet-effectively dissect who you are, first and foremost. Why? Well, your resume and personal image are just that: personal. It's all about you, not what you've done, per se. Everyone has read or heard a million times that an employer looks at a resume briefly, and my goal is to engage them immediately so that they are intrigued and wanting so much more than to just read something about you on a page. Don't you want to meet them so they can know you, see how invested and passionate you are about your career or the opportunity they're offering? My job is to figure you out and strategically decide how to transform your person onto a single page, one that will have the employer asking you to meet with them in-person. Boom.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Not only do I possess experience as a successful executive recruiter, but I've spent years upon years in multi-functional roles from professional sports to software companies, working best in highly creative positions where I can utilize my mind and vision appropriately. Honestly, I don't stay put doing one thing for more than a year because I need to be constantly changing what I'm doing -- that is how I landed on being on my own boss and striking out on my own version of the American Dream: changing lives, one resume at a time! Every person I meet is so unlike the last, that it's an empowering and fulfilling position to be in. A resume is a sheet of paper, but the person reflected is everything.
