- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reach the customer: This can be done via phone call, email, etc., or in person. We understand the client's needs and the scope of the project. We ask questions about desired results, budget and timeline. This can be done virtually or in person to further evaluate the project and provide an accurate estimate. We evaluate the work required, materials needed, and potential challenges. We are transparent about costs, including labor, materials and possible additional fees. We explain the logic behind the prediction. We answer questions and address concerns: We make sure the client understands the quote and feels confident about moving forward. If the client agrees to proceed: We secure the work with a signed contract outlining the scope of work, price, payment plan and timeline. We choose a mutually convenient date and time for the work to begin. We inform the customer about the work process, the materials to be used and the expected disruptions (e.g. noise, confusion). We keep the work area clean, respect customer property, and prioritize safety. We communicate updates regularly: We keep the client informed of progress, unforeseen difficulties and possible adjustments to the timeline or budget. We pay attention to customer feedback and address any issues or concerns that arise. We make sure the job meets the client's expectations and complies with safety standards. We review the work done with the client, answer questions, and address any final concerns.
