Extremely pleased with the service and value. I had a high-end listing, for which an open house was being held the next day. My planned yard crew had an equipment malfunction and couldn’t care for the yard in time. I found Darrell on Thumbtack and he responded to my request in less than 10 minutes. He was available that afternoon and set a time to arrive. He arrived as promised, called me to discuss the work and sent before and after photos. All work was completed, as promised, and the quality of the finished product was great.

This company accepted the job (which clearly shows my address in the booking), confirmed a time with me, told me they would see me at the agreed upon time, and then did not show up or even message me that they would not be here. When I texted them day of, there was no response. I texted them again the day after to see if they were going to reschedule, and only then did they say it was too far. Absolute waste of my time.
