I will be the first to admit that this move was NOT an easy task. I told that to Robert when we signed up with him early October. It was months and months of planning between me, my wife and our representative, Robert. I wanted to Publicly thank the team at Coast 2 Coast for their patience, attention to detail and attentiveness. I was able to get in touch with Robert every time I called which I greatly appreciate and is something that I feel goes overlooked. The packers worked their tails off 3 days straight packing up that trailer. They safely loaded and transported us to our new home in 4 days with minimal damages. The cost was more than fair granted the amount of work and materials utilized (over 400 containers of various sizes). Thanks again for getting this 70 year old couple moved successfully.

I believe I’ve been scammed by this company. I paid a $100 deposit. My move was confirmed for 6pm-8:30pm. A guy showed up a little late asked to see what they would be moving. He acted as if the company didn’t tell him what the job entailed. He said he needed to go to Home Depot to grab some things but NEVER returned. I’ve sent messages and called but there has been no response. They are scammers. Do NOT book them!

A little mis understanding. We call client Brenetta the same day before Brenetta posted this review to reschedule. Her initial expectations where low because of poor service from other moving company So the worse was expected of us light running off with her deposit. Etc. Would be nice to wait before being pre judged. We came next day and she loved our service & said she was going to give us & my driver a good review. I was told that she was trying to delete this review but thumbtack doesn't allow customer to delete or change a post. And she received the 100 post move. Because Alot of clients will confirm a move you get theryand their neighborhood is helping them move for free instead. And every lead we pay 79 dollars for even if client sends an emoji then decides they don't want to move anymore. And she was only charge 300 for the entire project a 2 bedroom 800 cubic ft. And was Co.plaining about having to give us a 100 dollar cancelation deposit. Every piece of furniture had granite on top off it and was extremely heavy.
