- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At CCM, our focus is on the individual needs of our clients; therefore, we tailor our pricing to fit each client. Unlike many consulting firms that offer one-size-fits-all solutions, CCM takes the time to understand each client's unique challenges and goals, providing tailored strategies that deliver measurable results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with the client completing our questionnaire, which gives us some idea of the types of services the client needs. Once needs are assessed, we schedule a meeting with the client, either remotely, or in-person. During this meeting we finalize the needs of the client and provide a proposal that addresses the services and pricing. Once the proposal is accepted and signed, we provide a Consulting Agreement detailing the services, length of time, payments, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dr. Yolanda Jackson, the President and Managing Member, holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and boasts over 25 years of experience in business development and management. Additionally, she has over 20 years of experience in assisting businesses with federal, state, and local certification processes. Her extensive knowledge and dedication to client success have positioned her as a pivotal figure in helping businesses grow and prosper.
