- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
• We offer several discounts. When you become apart of our family and join the Comfort Plan, all repairs at 10% off • Military, EMS, Firefighters, Police get anywhere from 5-10% off • Special Holiday Sales up to $1,000 off new systems.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will begin by calling you and asking about what happened and your situation. We want to ensure we can take care of your comfort needs. Afterwards we will setup a date and time for one our specialists to come out and make sure you are taken care of. All our technicians have many years of experience to ensure its quickly resolved with the highest quality. We will be on time and ensure total comfort. Once we solve the issue, we will present a full solution with clear understanding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have in-house training from Managers with over decades of experience. We are also partnered with ACCA and RESNET to ensure quality control and proper installation of your systems. We have training seminars with multiple brands every Spring and Fall to be up to date with the constantly changing market of HVAC.
