- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t offer the cheapest services, we focus on quality work done right. Pricing depends on the size of the job and current material costs, which can fluctuate. We’re always transparent with our estimates, and if something changes due to market prices, we communicate that clearly. For larger jobs or returning customers, we may offer some discounts depending on the scope.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call or message to understand the project. Then we schedule a free walk through so we can see the job in person and answer your questions. After that, we send a detailed written estimate. Once approved, we agree on a timeline and get started always keeping the customer in the loop.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is experienced in various trades — from flooring and drywall to painting and tile. As business owners with a military background, we take pride in discipline, structure, and following building codes and safety standards to the letter.
