FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is simple. If it is a repair service call, it is billed as parts/labor. If it is a new project, we will quote both and work with customer on understanding the structure of our billing. We also offer Labor, and Parts/Labor service contracts which are generally a fixed monthly payment which would cover service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on what the customer is requesting, we would start with an initial phone call. If they are looking for service, we would get a description of the problems, and then give an approximate cost based on part and labor, if agreed to, we setup an appointment. If it is a new project, we usually define the scope of the project to make sure we are able to accomplish what they desire. Once that is done we setup an appointment to start figuring out the scope and cost of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner, I have been working in the electrical/technology industry for 20+ years. I have many certifications including but not limited to C+, N+, S+, Dante, RTI, etc. We have also been contractors in many different field, so that we have the knowledge to integrate our main services with any other trade and give you the customer one complete service.
