- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 - Initial Conversation We start with a quick call or message to learn about your project, goals, and timeline. 2 - Free Consultation & Estimate I’ll come out to your home (or set up a virtual meeting) to see the space, answer questions, and provide a clear, no-pressure estimate. 3 - Design & Planning Together, we’ll discuss styles, materials, and options so your project reflects your vision and budget. 4 - Scheduling & Preparation Once you’re ready, we’ll set a timeline, handle materials, and make sure everything is prepared before we start. 5 - Build & Installation My team and I complete the project with quality craftsmanship, keeping you updated along the way. 6 - Final Walkthrough When the job’s done, we walk through it together to make sure you’re 100% happy before we wrap up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent over a decade working in home renovation with large corporate companies, where I learned the ins and outs of bathroom remodeling, sunroom construction, and outdoor living projects. Along the way, I trained under experienced craftsmen, gaining hands-on knowledge in design, installation, and project management. That experience showed me what works—and what doesn’t—so I started Oasis to bring homeowners a more personal, honest, and quality-driven approach
