FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My initial labor estimate is based on the job details you provide. The more detail you provide about your project (photos could be helpful!), the more accurate my initial quote will be. To ensure absolute accuracy and fairness, especially for multi-step or custom projects, I recommend an on-site visit. I usually charge a $75 fee to cover the travel, but it's 100% waived if I do the work.!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is straightforward and designed for your convenience: A-Scheduling: We set a date for an on-site consultation based on your urgency and my availability (No immediate work will be attended) B-Confirmation: I confirm the appointment via call or text the day prior to ensure everything is set. C-On-Site Assessment & Quote: I perform a thorough check and provide a firm, accurate estimate. D-Work: If you approve the quote, I can often start the work immediately. If you choose to book the work for a later date, the initial site visit fee will be charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While my formal training is in Electrical Engineering, my approach is entirely practical. My work history includes extensive hands-on experience in electrical instrumentation, thermal measurements, photovoltaics installations, energy efficiency, etc. This background enables me to quickly diagnose issues and implement durable, code-compliant solutions, ensuring every job is done with professional-grade safety and efficiency.
